Remove the existing single-phase GSU Transformer Banks T2 and T4; the existing Oilostatic feeders for Transformer Banks T3 and T4; Movement of two Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) transformers designated KY4A and KZ2A to new permanent locations; provide one new 15 kV feeder for GFE Transformer KY4A; provide new connections for the two GFE transformers; provide new group-operated disconnect 961; provide new protection, control, and annunciation wiring and all the necessary auxiliary systems and ancillary equipment required to install the equipment
