BRIEF DESCRIPTION

YTC requires replacement of roofing and appurtenances on Bldg 157; roofing to be replaced with 30# felt and 30-year roofing. Additional facilities require replacement of existing EPDM roofing to a lighter color TPO roofing and repair gutters as needed; buildings included are Bldgs 212, 230, 238, 259 and 262. Roofing and siding are also required to be replaced/repaired on Buildings 156, 161, 168, 169, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255, 256, 257, and 258. 1.2.2. All construction work must meet NFPA/IBC/UFC/NEC/USGS/ADA/SESIMIC/WSDOT and JBLM Design standards and code and specification requirements, using the most stringent interpretation under this task order. Colors shall meet JBLM Design Code. Materials shall be heavy-duty commercial grade.

The Lacy Mechanical, Inc scope of work is to replace Roofing & Siding on various buildings at YTC. (includes painting of new siding).

QC MANAGER SCOPE OF WORK

  • Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; control, verification, and acceptance tests including documentation
  • Coordination of project logistics, materials and equipment
  • Managing the day-to-day quality control activities
  • Kept designated personnel and management staff apprised of status of work
  • Ensured all reports were prepared and submitted in accordance with the QC Plan, including the Daily Quality Control Reports
  • Maintained all the project quality control files
  • Reported and logged any work not meeting Spec requirements
  • Recorded all data in QCS database
