Repair HTHW Line C – W-P AFB, OH

SOW includes converting two separate HTHW services to natural gas
condensing boilers; new boilers, primary and secondary pumps and associated support equipment; repair and replacement of existing door, wall, and floor systems; abandon in place existing high-pressure steam and cap ends at buildings. SOW also include demolition, asbestos abatement, fuel tanks, exterior improvements, and mechanical controls.
