Throughout the dozens of projects, we have managed in a QCM capacity in TX, our efforts have supported many government agencies such as USACE Fort Worth District and Galveston District. We are also proud to provide services to NAVFAC Southeast Installations throughout Texas. As CQC System Managers, our number 1 goal is to ensure contract compliance. This protects not only the end user, but also the prime and sub-contractors from having to fix or replace work. Our work consists of RMS maintenance and updates, submittals, three-phase inspections, progress meetings, punch-out, pre-finals, and final acceptance inspections, and operate as the liaison between the prime contractor and the contract facilitator.
