Patrick Gant P.E. CCM MANAGING MEMBER - OPERATIONS

Patrick is a licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, along with his Associates in Arts from Eastern State University. As a transportation engineer, Patrick designed several roadway structures for the Florida Department of Transportation. In 2007, Patrick later transitioned to the construction industry as a Project Manager responsible for several commercial construction projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

TONYA RIDDLESWORTH Ph.D. MANAGING MEMBER – ADMINISTRATION

Tonya received her Ph.D. in mathematics, with her dissertation focusing on statistics, from the University of Central Florida. She started her early career as a math professor teaching at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. She later began utilizing her heavy statistical background conducting diabetes research in Tampa, FL. Her research has contributed to utilizing new diabetes monitoring techniques now utilized throughout the country. After joining TITAN, she has been the backbone in the organization paving the way for new innovative ideas and markets. Her contributions to the organization have made TITAN stand out above the rest.

Justin Vann Operations Manager

Since 2014, Justin has been responsible for construction management operations, business development, and employee relations. Justin is passionate about the construction industry and has worked in the field and in management throughout his 12 years of experience. He has helped manage numerous projects with USACE, NAVFAC, VA, and other agencies accounting for more than $100 million in capital. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University, with a B.S. Mathematics, he was also a 4 year starter on the football team.

Tyler Smith Project Manager

Tyler is a graduate from Eastern Florida State College’s Law Enforcement Academy and Emergency
Medical Technician program (EMT). After serving the city of Rockledge, FL for four (4) years, Tyler accepted the position of Project Manager at Titan Consultants and a Engineering. Tyler applies a lot of the professional skills he learned from his interactions as a police officer into his daily tasks as a Project Manager. He is also a certified Quality Control (QC) Manager and Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO).

Lindsey Nicole Phillips Corporate Recruiter

Lindsey went Manatee Technical Institute to study Practical Nursing in 2008. She graduated with honors, as well as competed in Skills USA National technical college competition where she was awarded as a silver medalist in Patient Care in 2010. She continued her education and graduated from Meridian College with an AS degree in 2017. Lindsey's professional career has encompassed medical office administrative management & human resources and has been an excellent acquisition to the Titan team!

Sandy Watts Preconstruction Manager

Since the start of Titan, Sandy has been with us developing our preconstruction department. Sandy is the best preconstruction submittal preparer hands down. She puts together great submittals that are perfectly inline with the contract documents. Many contractors and owners praise her efforts. Sandy has truly perfected her craft!

Tyler has been with Titan since 2017 and has been a great asset to the team. Tyler's work is second to none in getting the word out there and creating beautiful advertisements. His assistance has been tremendous as we have grown over the years. We always lean on Tyler to know what resources to focus on.

Steve Gant Quality Control Manager / SSHO

Steve has worked in the Construction Industry since 1972. In 1985 he founded Precision Carpentry, a Framing and Trim company, where he ran 2 crews at a time. And in 2013 he joined Titan Consultants
as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) and a Quality Control (QC) Manager. Steve has been a Construction Manager on Government Project sites from California to Florida, and a multitude of states in between.

Rick Deshields Superintendent

For 42 years, Rick has been in the Industrial Construction arena as an electrician. He has installed raceways, cable trays, MCC, control rooms, and low/high voltage terminations (24v to 132kva). Rick has been the in the supervisor position for the best part of 12 years. He has worked on scheduling, ordering material, time sheets, job projection sheets, and estimates for project modifications. He has attended site meetings and held field management meetings. His first priority is making sure the job is moving along on schedule and under budget. He has also worked overseas in Iraq with KBR for Army services, and provided electrical services to soldier's living quarters at military installations.

TODD JANSSEN QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER / SSHO

Mr. Janssen began his career in Texas in 2002. Studying at Universal Technical Institute pursuing Ford Automotive. After several years in the automotive industry, Mr. Janssen changed paths and is currently working in site Safety and Quality Control Management for Titan

Mr. Janssen is first aid, CPR, and A.E.D certified with 300+ hours in Army Corp EM-385, HAZWOPER, and OSHA safety. He is certified in Cyber Security, Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, D.O.D, and Opsec amongst many others. As a Site Safety and Health Officer and Quality Control Manager, Mr. Janssen has been an asset on several Government Project Sites from Oregon to Florida and multiple states in between.

Dave Johnson Superintendent / SSHO / QC Manager

Dave has been in professional Quality Control and Safety Program Management for 27 years. He has extensive experience on projects for the US Government, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. He spent 12 years in the Washington DC area working on facilities such as J. Edgar Hoover Building (FBI Headquarters), The National Institute of Health (NIH), and the Pentagon after 9/11. Before joining Tita, he served as the Quality Control Senior Coordinator on the new International Airport in Salt Lake City, with a contract value of 4.2 billion dollars.

Al D Lowe Superintendent / SSHO / QC Manager

Al graduated from West Texas State University with a BS in Biology and Chemistry. While attending WT, Al published a research paper in the Immunological Journal from Kings College in London and was accepted to the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and graduated with a degree in General Dentistry DDS. Mr. Lowe had a dental practice was in Amarillo Tx for 23 years. In 2002, Al was asked by a friend to help him as a safety officer on an ethanol plant site-after the proper classes and had been working as a safety professional ever since. Al's experience since then has been with petroleum, ethanol, waste water treatment, electrical, general construction and at a nuclear weapons facility. These varied projects have allowed Mr. Lowe to function as Safety, Quality and Superintendent over his career in construction.

Rob Gustavus Superintendent / SSHO

Rob started his career as an operating foreman laying RCP pipe, then worked his way up to Superintendent in the mid 1980s. Then he started building roadways and infrastructure facilities in the NW. He was responsible for the successful completion of billions of dollars of infrastructure improvements. He has worked at many national parks improving their facilities. Rob is a highly skilled finish dozer and blade operator. He has since moved into a superintendent and safety manager position with Titan working on various infrastructure improvements throughout the United States.
