Lindsey went Manatee Technical Institute to study Practical Nursing in 2008. She graduated with honors, as well as competed in Skills USA National technical college competition where she was awarded as a silver medalist in Patient Care in 2010. She continued her education and graduated from Meridian College with an AS degree in 2017. Lindsey's professional career has encompassed medical office administrative management & human resources and has been an excellent acquisition to the Titan team!

Tonya received her Ph.D. in mathematics, with her dissertation focusing on statistics, from the University of Central Florida. She started her early career as a math professor teaching at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. She later began utilizing her heavy statistical background conducting diabetes research in Tampa, FL. Her research has contributed to utilizing new diabetes monitoring techniques now utilized throughout the country. After joining TITAN, she has been the backbone in the organization paving the way for new innovative ideas and markets. Her contributions to the organization have made TITAN stand out above the rest.

Since 2014, Justin has been responsible for construction management operations, business development, and employee relations. Justin is passionate about the construction industry and has worked in the field and in management throughout his 12 years of experience. He has helped manage numerous projects with USACE, NAVFAC, VA, and other agencies accounting for more than $100 million in capital. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University, with a B.S. Mathematics, he was also a 4 year starter on the football team.

Kevin served as a US Navy Seabee, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 62. He has developed over thirty years construction experience: residential, commercial, and Civil experience in the industry. Some construction projects included but not limited to: Custom Homes / Multi Family Complexes / Hotel / Malls /Nursing Homes / Hospitals. Kevin's overseas experience with the US Navy, Department of Defense, and the Department of State subcontractor, along with state side experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers / Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command /Tennessee Valley Authority. Kevin has worked in various environments, such as jungles, deserts, tropical islands, isolated duty stations and in combat zones. He has held the following positions during his tenure: Site Superintendent / Area Supervisor / Contractor Quality Control System Manager / Safety Manager / Safety Inspector / Site Safety and Health Office (SSHO).

Patrick is a licensed General Contractor and Professional Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, along with his Associates in Arts from Eastern State University. As a transportation engineer, Patrick designed several roadway structures for the Florida Department of Transportation. In 2007, Patrick later transitioned to the construction industry as a Project Manager responsible for several commercial construction projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Beauchamp began his career in welding after graduating from Aiken Technical College in South Carolina. Mr. Beauchamp then moved to general construction while taking courses to become a certified Quality Control Manager. Mr. Beauchamp has been certified in 40-hour EM 385-1-1 Construction Safety Hazard Awareness for Contractors, HAZWOPER 24HR, CPR FIRST AID, and OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training Program – Construction. Mr. Beauchamp is certified in Quality Control Management and SSHO. Mr. Beauchamp has worked for Titan for many years and has worked on a plethora of projects, ranging from transformer replacement at a hydroelectrical dams, Foundation and building erection, to dredging projects for multiple high end dredging companies. Mr. Beauchamp has worked across this great country from as for North/East at Boston Massachusetts down to Jacksonville Florida and as far North/West as Newport Washington down to Las Vegas Nevada.

Stanley has been with us since 2020 but has been a safety professional since 2010. Stanley graduated with a Master’s in Science in Industrial Mathematics, an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering, and has recently earned his Certified Safety Professional credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. During his tenure with Titan, Stanley has successfully completed multiple commercial construction projects in the capacity of a Site Safety & Health Officer. Stanley is great to work with and a tremendous asset to the Titan family.

Al attended and graduated from West Texas State University 1969-1973 with a BS in Biology and Chemistry and a Minor in English. While attending WT Al was fortunate to publish a research paper in the Immunological Journal from Kings College in London. He was later accepted to the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and graduated with a degree in General Dentistry DDS. Al’s dental practice was in Amarillo TX for 23 years (2000). He took 2 years off before he was asked by a friend to help him as a safety person on an ethanol plant site-after the proper classes. Al was hired and within 2 years was the Safety Manager on the site with 23 safety people working for him. Al’s experience since then has been with petroleum, ethanol, wastewater treatment, electrical, general construction and at a nuclear weapons facility. These varied projects have allowed Mr. Lowe to function as Safety, Quality and Superintendent over his career in construction. Al has 2 stepdaughters, 1 son (deceased) and 5 grandchildren. Al and his wife are avid Sporting Clays shooters and travelers

Steve has worked in the Construction Industry since 1972. In 1985 he founded Precision Carpentry, a Framing and Trim company, where he ran 2 crews at a time. And in 2013 he joined Titan Consultants as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) and a Quality Control (QC) Manager. Steve has been a Construction Manager on Government Project sites from California to Florida, and a multitude of states in between.

Mr. Janssen began his career in Texas as an automotive technician. He studied at the Universal Tech nical Institute and after several years working in the automotive industry, Mr. Janssen decided to change career paths to the construction management industry. Mr. Janssen is first aid, CPR, AED certified with 300+ hours education in EM 385-1-1,HAZWOPER, and OSHA safety. He is also certified in Cyber Security, Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, D.O.D., and Opsec among others. As a QCM/SSHO, Mr. Janssen has been an asset on several government construction projects ranging from Oregon to Florida and multiple states in between.
