Central Chilled Water Plant - El Paso, TX

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This project was an upgrade to the current VA Hospital’s central chilled-water plant. The current existing cooling tower cells were degraded to the point they posed risk to facility operations as cooling for the hospital relied on the reliability of the failing equipment. Existing cooling towers serving the plant were refurbished as the Engineer of Record believed it would be less expensive than replacing them with all new equipment.

TITAN provided a Superintendent to the project.
