BRIEF DESCRIPTION

New construction of a new car wash located at Whidbey Island, WA. Project consists of exterior upgrades, foundations, pre-engineered metal building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, communications, and signage. Project will also consider various environmental milestones to ensure compliance with the Washington environmental permit. Facility will be used to clean vehicles and equipment utilized by the Navy and civilians while on the base.
