BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The project is approximately 60,180 GSF and will provide out-patient health services, such as Immunizations, Behavioral Health, Education, Optometry, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Preventative Medicine, Radiology, Naval Submarine Support Center, Dental, And Facility support administrative functions. Construction shall be accomplished in phases, the Clinic shall remain operational throughout construction. Site work will be limited. On the North side of the Clinic, provide redevelopment of parking displaced by AT/FP requirements. TITAN performed quality control management and site safety management for this project. In addition TITAN handled reviewing, scheduling, certifying and managing the submittals through the 3-Phase process of inspection.

TITAN provided a Project Manager and QC Manager to the project.

QC MANAGER SCOPE OF WORK

Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; control, verification, and acceptance tests including documentation
Coordination of project logistics, materials and equipment
Managing the day-to-day quality control activities
Kept designated personnel and management staff apprised of status of work
Ensured all reports were prepared and submitted in accordance with the QC Plan, including the Daily Quality Control Reports
Maintained all the project quality control files
Reported and logged any work not meeting Spec requirements
Recorded all data in QCS database
