The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is in charge of overseeing the daily QC operations linked with specific projects to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with the established rules and regulations. The CQCM is also in charge of assessing all documents to ensure they meet existing standards and do not violate any contract restrictions. On-site quality control managers evaluate infrastructures physically to ensure that the construction process is carried out correctly. They also collaborate with managers from other departments to ensure that all operations are flawlessly coordinated and to monitor their progress and quality of service in order to provide a final report that includes all of the data required under the contract.
