The scope of work involves a comprehensive project to furnish, install, and upgrade the existing Siemens Apogee Systems at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). This project includes the following key components:
Furnishing Equipment and Materials:
- We procure and supply all necessary equipment, hardware, and software components for Siemens Apogee Systems.
- Ensuring all furnished materials meet the required specifications and standards for optimal performance and compatibility.
Installation Services:
- I am installing the Siemens Apogee Systems at various locations within the CCAD facility.
- We are thoroughly assessing the existing infrastructure to integrate new components seamlessly.
- We are implementing wiring, cabling, and connectivity solutions to support the upgraded system.

Quality Control Manager (QCM) Scope of Work
- Daily QC Management: Oversee daily quality control tasks to ensure project compliance with contract documents.
- Documentation Oversight: Review and manage all documentation and physical inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Work with project managers, superintendents, and external personnel to maintain quality.
- Submittal Log: Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and quality control reports.
- Review Submittals: Review shop drawings and submittals for specification compliance.
- QC Meetings: Chair and document weekly QC meetings and provide written minutes.
- Daily Reports: Generate daily QC reports addressing conformance and non-conformance.
- Preparatory Meetings: Conduct preparatory meetings to establish quality standards.
- Follow-Up Meetings: Hold follow-up meetings to ensure adherence to standards.
- Pre-Construction Meetings: Conduct pre-construction meetings with subcontractors and superintendents.
- Material Verification: Verify that received materials conform to approved submittals and are properly handled and installed.
- Testing Coordination: Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems.
- As-Built Drawings: Maintain daily updates of project “as-built” drawings.
- Project Closeout: Assemble and forward project closeout documents, including O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.
- Stop Work Authority: Stop work if necessary to resolve safety, quality, or workflow issues.
